• Description of Problem - Be as long as you want to explain the problem clearly and to be easily read and understood.

• Executables, COM, BAT, Office files with Macro's and SCR files are automatically removed permenantly (even inside archives)
• When sending screenshots, please make use of compression and not send us HUGE Bitmap files, compress to PNG or JPEG via an Image Editing Tool such as PaintShop Pro or even Microsoft Paint.
• Dont send us Word Documents with only images. Send us Images as a compressed JPEG or PNG etc File.
• **ALWAYS** Make use of Compression. Its faster to upload on your end, and faster to download on our end and the filesize is smaller.
• Capture Screenshots with PaintShop Pro or PrintScreen and send us only the portion that reflects the problem.
• No Attachment should exceed 10MB (This means you have not compressed the files) [ There is no hard limit on our servers ]
